Import projects via route
Users can now import projects based on the route/routes they're attached to. While in your projects list hit the cloud icon in the top right. If your user is attached to a route, they'll be able to switch between projects made for that route.
Here's what it looks like:
In the above, I can see projects that I've made as well as ones from routes R0807, R0906, R123. Since I'm hooked to those routes I'll be able to import those as copies for me use.
Wait, what?
Let's say you're a route supervisor over 3 sales routes: R011, R012 and R013. You go in the market to visit one of R012's accounts and they need some updated signage. You could start a new sign project and punch everything in, but wouldn't it be nice to go grab a copy of R012's existing project and just make adjustments? Now you can do that: that supervisor would just tap the Import button, switch routes and search for that customers project. Easy!
And it also works on the inverse. Let's say that same route supervisor is in the office working on c-store pricing for his area. R011 could switch to the supervisors project list and grab what they need.
This was possible before with copying projects via the web site, but that's really clunky when working on mobile.
PROTIP: You can add route(s) to your users by editing them in your users list, then setting the Route(s) option in the Extras tab.
BONUS PROTIP: You can also mass edit your users by exporting them out to spreadsheet, updating the sheet, the re-importing it back in. While in your users list, hit the User list in the top left.
