If you're the one responsible for printing the signs that Tagify makes, Activity is your to-do list.

Any projects your users make appear here, in real time. You can quickly edit, view or print them. If they're ready to go, mark them as done to get them off your list.

You can also stack or merge your projects to save tons of time and material.

Don't worry!

Anything done in Activity is non-destructive. Worst case, you'll have to go back and un-mark something as done. The projects themselves remain untouched no matter what you do here.

Project List

If you've got projects that haven't been marked done, you'll see them in the list on the left. Selecting them gives you a project preview on the right. This allows to quickly view, download and eventually mark them as done.

Options

Clicking options up top, lets you change what projects show up in your list. These options are saved on a per user basis.

Combine

Combine takes a look at your current projects and sees where it can either save you material or time. It's up to you.

Material or user
The first question Tagify asks is how do you want to combine your projects. Toggling between both options, you can see what might work better for you. Some folks prefer combining by material and then divvying out the projects to the correct user by hand. Some may prefer just printing all of a users projects together in lump print.

Stacking takes the PDF's from your projects and combines them into one.

Stack
Stacking your projects takes all of their separate PDF's and combines it into one. So instead of having to open 10 individual projects and print 10 individual projects, after you let Tagify stack them you're just printing one PDF with all the projects inside.

Merging crunches your tags together into the smallest project possible, leaving you to deal with the messy aftermath.

Merge
Merging takes the individuals tags across your projects and combines them together to use the least amount of material possible. Tagify will then insert divider tags in between each project to help identify what tags go where.
